Fusilli
in Frozen foods
Why we love it? The line of dry semolina flour pasta precooked in salted water and instantly frozen in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Barilla FoodService allows it to be reconstituted quickly and with different processes: hot water (not necessarily boiling), heating in a pan, in a microwave oven or even in a steam oven. Out of the IQF shapes, Barilla FoodService proposes multiportion Fusilli which have the characteristic three twisted fins forming a spiral that captures whatever sauce is used.
Fusilli are perfect with a meat sauce, such as the Bolognese Sauce Frozen.
