Why we love it? The line of filled pasta precooked in salted water and instantly frozen in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Barilla FoodService allows it to be reconstituted quickly and with different processes: hot water (not necessarily boiling) or in a microwave oven. Out of the IQF shapes, Barilla FoodService proposes Ravioloni Ricotta, a pasta shape that goes perfectly well with a butter and sage based recipe.

Ways of preparation
IN (UNSALTED) BOILING WATER:
Heat the pasta on its own for 30 seconds, then mix it with the sauce in the pot for a further 20 seconds.
IN THE PAN:
Pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce and heat for 2 minutes with the lid on, then mix and heat for a further 2 minutes.
IN THE MICROWAVE:
Put the pasta (200gr) under running water for a few moments, then place it into a microwave-safe container, add 100 gr of frozen sauce and heat in the microwave for 3.5 minutes at 900 Watt.
IN THE STEAM OVEN (100° C):
Put the contents of the packet into an oven dish and heat for 3 minutes.
