Why we love it? The line of dry semolina flour pasta precooked in salted water and instantly frozen in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Barilla FoodService allows it to be reconstituted quickly and with different processes: hot water (not necessarily boiling), heating in a pan, in a microwave oven or even in a steam oven. Out of the IQF shapes, Barilla FoodService proposes Spaghetti, a shape synonymous with Italy and Italians: no one can resist their elegant shape or the fascination of winding them around your fork.
Thanks to their traditional diameter, right in the middle in the universe of long pastas, Spaghetti are extremely versatile and allow infinite combinations also with the Carbonara Frozen Barilla sauce.
