Tagliatelle block
in Frozen foods
Why we love it? The line of egg pasta precooked in salted water and instantly frozen in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Barilla FoodService allows it to be reconstituted quickly and with different processes: hot water (not necessarily boiling), heating in a pan, in a microwave oven or even in a steam oven. Out of the IQF shapes, Barilla FoodService proposes egg Tagliatelle, thin flat strips of egg dough, about 5 mm wide, that go perfectly with all sauces.
The rough and porous Tagliatelle dough, also available in mono-portion packs, make them particularly versatile and perfect with the Bolognese Frozen Barilla Meat Sauce.
