Why we love it? The line of egg pasta precooked in salted water and instantly frozen in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Barilla FoodService allows it to be reconstituted quickly and with different processes: hot water (not necessarily boiling), heating in a pan, in a microwave oven or even in a steam oven. Out of the IQF shapes, Barilla FoodService proposes egg Tagliatelle, thin flat strips of egg dough, about 5 mm wide, that go perfectly with all sauces.

Ways of preparation
IN (UNSALTED) BOILING WATER:
Heat the pasta on its own for 30 seconds, then mix it with the sauce in the pot for a further 20 seconds.
IN THE PAN:
Pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce and heat for 2 minutes with the lid on, then mix and heat for a further 2 minutes.
IN THE MICROWAVE:
Put the pasta (200gr) into a microwave-safe container, add 100 gr of frozen sauce and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 900 Watt.
